The DDA meets quarterly in January, April, July and October on the second Tuesday of the month at 4:00pm at City Hall. Terms are four years. The authority's establishment is outlined in the City's Ordinances, and possible in accordance with Public Act 197 of 1975, as amended. The authority shall consist of eight members and the City Manager, and the City Manager is responsible for nominating the members with subsequent approval by the City Council.
